Echoia started from an ordinary frustration. Managing a handful of accounts meant four apps, four inboxes, and a monthly bill that grew with every channel added or person invited. The tools that did the job well were priced for companies with a social media department. The affordable ones only published, and left the hardest half of the work, answering people, exactly where it was.
So this one does both, at one price, with as many teammates as you like.
Echoia is built and run by Ilies Ziyad EL AYYADI, a sole trader registered in Paris. Not a team pretending to be small, and not a small team pretending to be big. When you write to support, you are writing to the person who wrote the code.
No investors, no runway to burn, no growth target imposed from outside. The company is profitable at six paying customers, which is a strange thing to be able to say, and it means the roadmap answers to the people paying for it.
Every page on this site says what the product does not do. The comparison pages name what competitors do better. It is not modesty: a tool you have to discover the limits of, mid-post, is a tool you leave.
