Is unlimited posting really unlimited?
You're never billed per post and there's no monthly counter to watch. A fair-use threshold exists purely to stop automated abuse. It scales with your plan and sits far beyond a busy publishing schedule. If you're posting like a brand, you'll never meet it.
Why are connected accounts capped per plan?
Each connected account continuously syncs comments, messages and stats. The caps keep every plan fast and honestly priced, and they're generous for the tier they serve.
Which platforms can I connect?
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads, with Bluesky, Pinterest and Google Business Profile rolling out. New platforms are included in every plan, not sold separately.
Why is X (Twitter) not in the Free plan?
X is the only platform that charges for API access. Paid plans include a monthly X allowance (DMs + comments); if you ever reach it, syncing pauses safely until next month, with no surprise overage bills.
What is Echo AI?
The assistant built into your workspace: it drafts replies in your voice, analyzes sentiment across your inbox, and answers questions about your content. Each plan includes a monthly message allowance.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Workspaces are billed by brand, not by user. Invite as many teammates as you need on any paid plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any point. Your access stays active until the end of the billing period.
