Followers, not reach, unless you say otherwise
Dividing by reach gives a much prettier number and answers a different question. By followers you learn whether your audience cares. By reach you learn whether the post was good. Both are useful, they are not the same rate.
Saves and shares are worth more than likes
They are the signals Instagram treats as intent. A post with fewer likes and more saves usually travels further than the reverse.
